Abstract: 

Employer brand is an image of organization as ‘the great place to work’ and aims to have positive impact on current and future EMPLOYEES in order to attract and retain EMPLOYEES with high potential. If employee has a positive attitude towards organization and employers, they will be attracted to the organization and remained there. Therefore, this thesis examines the relationship between the perception of employer brand and JOB attitude.The purpose of this thesis, according to collected information and data analysis is descriptive – correlation. The Statistics population is 400 headquarters experts of the Export Development Bank of Iran. Empirical data has been selected from 112 people as a sample. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha and completed by these people. Data analysis was performed through structural equation modelling and software, the results have showed that the model is a good fit and all hypotheses have been confirmed. As a result, we can say that the perception of the employer brand has a positive and significant relation with JOB ATTITUDES

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of market orientation on the JOB ATTITUDES of EMPLOYEES in sports stores in Mazandaran, IRAN. This research was a descriptive-correlational and applied study. The statistical population consisted of all EMPLOYEES in Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Puma, and Majid sports store. Based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the research sample included 200 subjects. Standard questionnaires were used for data collection. Linear regression and structural equation modeling (SEM) with Spss18 and Lisrel version 8.3 software have been used to investigate the research hypotheses. According to the research findings, market orientation affects EMPLOYEES' ATTITUDES toward the sports stores and market orientation explains 69 percent of the variance of JOB ATTITUDES. Moreover, market orientation components were effective on JOB satisfaction, organizational commitment, role conflict, and turnover intention. Market orientation components were also effective on JOB ATTITUDES of the sports store EMPLOYEES. Therefore, the special attention to market orientation in promoting productivity, satisfaction and increasing commitment of EMPLOYEES, can be critical in achieving the goals and strategies of sports stores.

Abstract: 

Background: The purpose of this study is to design a model for managing the ethical and professional attitude of EMPLOYEES in government organizations. Method: The present research method is a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) research. In the qualitative part, the strategy used was the Foundation's data theory (Grand Theory). The statistical population consisted of university professors in the field of human resource management and senior managers of government organizations, which were sampled as snowballs, and finally 12 experts were selected as samples. The data collection tool was the interview. And data analysis was open source and selective coding. In the quantitative section of the statistical population of the study, senior, middle and senior bachelor's degree managers of government organizations were in Tehran, and 384 people were selected as a sample using cluster sampling. Finally, the data were analyzed using factor analysis and path analysis. In this research, laser software and SPSS software were used. . Results: The results of the study showed that causal conditions include organizational commitment, the context of the organization includes organizational climate, the main phenomenon includes JOB satisfaction and dependence, strategies include proper management and support of EMPLOYEES, intervening conditions include salary and rewards that result That is, successful ethical and career management ends. Also, in examining the results, the ranking of factors was equal to the component of organizational commitment, proper management and support of EMPLOYEES, salaries and bonuses, JOB satisfaction and dependence, and spatial organization, respectively. Conclusion: Based on the findings of the study, it was found that awareness and management of EMPLOYEES' JOB ethical ATTITUDES is one of the most important factors for human resource management in the organization and organizational commitment, organizational climate, JOB satisfaction and dependence, proper management and employee support. Salaries and bonuses are effective in the successful management of ethical and professional ATTITUDES.

Abstract: 

Introduction Managers need to know the principles of organizational behavior. One of the basics of management in organizations is having information about EMPLOYEES' ATTITUDES. EMPLOYEES' ATTITUDES can affect their performance. Considering EMPLOYEES' JOB ATTITUDES can be of great benefit for organization, because ATTITUDES are one of the basic predictors of behavior. JOB attitude is a kind of feeling towards one's JOB that is result of factors such as the nature of the JOB, organizational, environmental, and also individual factors. The purpose of this study was to investigate qualitatively the EMPLOYEES’,JOB ATTITUDES in Bidboland Gas Refining Company. The main and important ATTITUDES that are addressed in the present study include JOB satisfaction, JOB involvement, organizational commitment, and perceived organizational support. Among the proposed ATTITUDES, JOB involvement can act as a key attitude for the organization, because JOB involvement leads to JOB satisfaction, organizational commitment, especially emotional and normative commitment, and desire to stay in JOB. JOB involvement also reduces absenteeism and turnover and increases positive and voluntary behaviors such as humanitarian actions. Method The statistical population of the study was all managers and EMPLOYEES of Bidboland Gas Refining Company. 50 EMPLOYEES were selected by snowball method as research sample. The instrument was semi-structured interviews, and qualitative content analysis was used for data analysis. Results The results showed that a total of 4 variables, 20 dimensions and 27 components were obtained for the four JOB ATTITUDES. 8 dimensions and 15 components for the JOB satisfaction,3 dimensions and 3 components for the organizational commitment,5 dimensions and 5 components for the perceived organizational support, and 4 dimensions and 4 components were obtained for the JOB involvement variable. Discussion Given that JOB ATTITUDES affect the behaviors of EMPLOYEES in organizations, by recognizing JOB ATTITUDES, many JOB events such as JOB burnout, apathy, various misconduct, and finally leaving the JOB can be prevented. And this is very useful for managers of organizations.

Abstract: 

Hyperimmunoglobulin E (HIE) syndrome is a rare immunodeficiency disorder. HIE syndrome has multiple abnormalities include recurrent skin abscesses (hence, the name JOB syndrome), pneumonia, high serum levels of IgE, Facial, dental and skeletal features. We presented a case of HIE with dermatologic findings, recurrent productive cough and facial features. The diagnosis of HIE require differentiation from other disease. No definitive therapy is available for the treatment. The mainstay of treatment is the control of bacterial infections.
